I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tampa. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made check-in quick and easy. The hotel is extremely clean, modern, and well maintained, which made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, with cozy beds that made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Everything was spotless, and the room had all the amenities you could need for a short stay or a longer trip. Breakfast in the morning was a great bonus. There were plenty of options, everything was fresh, and the dining area was clean and well organized. It was the perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore Tampa. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and the airport. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, great service, and a very comfortable stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tampa! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Everything was great. Breakfast was totally awesome. Recommend booking here. Nice to take hot bath has toiletries for you to use if you forget your own. Only suggestion fridge went out in room and had to throw food away. Report that to front desk Zee is very helpful and pleasant experience checking in. fixed the keys didn't work the 1st time. Thanks for a great Vacation going to Busch Gardens.
This is a great hotel with amazing people that work there. I receive services at Moffitt Cancer center and this hotel has a Moffitt rate. On too of the special rate they give you they give you a punch card. Once you stay for 10 stays you get a free stay. The beds are comfy the showers are hot and they even have refrigerators and microwaves in the room. They also have a great breakfast and all you can drink 24/7 coffee station in the lobby. So grateful for this hotel and its wonderful staff!
The room was perfect. Most definitely one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. So big and spacious. Would have been great if they'd had a kettle in the room but we made do by using the coffee machine to make a cup of tea. Would have liked my entire holiday to be spent in that particular room which was a fantastic size for my mum, daughter and me.
We arrived very late to the hotel, and Ke Ke was the one who checked us in. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and full of positive energy, even at that hour. She took the time to explain everything—from the amenities to the shuttle service to Busch Gardens—and made the whole process easy and pleasant. The hotel itself was also a great stay. The location is perfect, right next to Busch Gardens. Breakfast was delicious, and our room was spotless and smelled amazing—no smoke or odors at all. Everything felt clean, fresh, and well taken care of. Thank you, Ke Ke and the team, for making our stay such a comfortable experience. It really meant a lot to us.
This hotel is so nice, the front desk immediately welcomes you and treats you like family. The shuttle service is such an amazing thing to have for people visiting Busch Gardens. What a stress off of you to be able to be dropped right at the front and locked up when you’re ready, especially if you have small kids like we did. The driver was very nice and even gave us some good insight on how to get places in the park. The rooms are clean and smell so good. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in I’m very impressed.
We stayed here as part of the Busch Gardens admission package and it was a wonderful experience. Keke was amazing at check in, the room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great with lots of variety and freshness. The free shuttle to the park was insanely convenient and Reggie the driver was so helpful and nice! The location was perfect as it was close to a bunch of restaurants and bars that were all perfect for dinner/ entertainment after a day at the park. We'll definitely be staying at this location again for future vacations.
Good Hotel. All good. Room was perfect.if you are visiting Busch gardens. Then best options. They have shuttle service with great drivers. You can enjoy the fireworks from the hotel parking Parking is very compact and need to get the towels from the front desk,since the house keeping didn't clean our room
